Join Three Buds Apothecary at the Saturday Arts Fest, part two of the Waterbury Arts Fest weekend. Over 100 vendors will take over Stowe Street & Bidwell Lane, selling a wide variety of art, jewelry, food, and so much more! There is also live arts and entertainment, with music and dance performances. Three Buds will have hand-poured soy candles, CBD bath salts and more at this staple Waterbury event in the village’s historic district.
