Restorative Yoga – When you are in need of healing & self-care. Give your body the time it needs to rest & rejuvenate during this practice. Let It Go! Therapeutic, restorative floor poses on yoga mat. Herbal tincture provided. Soft music may be played during this practice, as well as silent moments.
Props used: bolsters, blankets & small towels, blocks and canvas bands during practice.
Room temperature. Wear layers of clothing. Water cooler available. Bring a water bottle for refills. May bring a clean blanket of your own for comfort, if preferred.
