Cannabis Retail Vote in Essex Junction Vermont: April 12

On Tuesday, April 12, the Village of Essex Junction is voting on whether to legalize recreational cannabis sales. During its regular town meeting, village residents will have a chance to weigh in on this and a number of other budget and town-related issues. The question, posed in Article 4 of the Town Meeting ballot, asks:
Shall the Village of Essex Junction authorize cannabis retailers and retail portions of integrated licensee establishments in the Village pursuant to 7 V.S.A. § 863?
