Strain Review: Kush Mints by Tall Truck
Kush Mints is an evenly balanced, somewhat indica-leaning hybrid coming from a cross of the popular indica Bubba Kush and potent hybrid Animal Mints. It’s abundant in limonene, a terpene known for its possible anti-anxiety and mood-elevating properties.
Strain Review: Kush Mints
Kush Mints is a very light green, dank nug, completely covered in gold trichome frosty goodness with light yellow and light orange stigmatic hairs.
Like most Tall Truck strains, Kush Mints is full-bodied and its structure is dense to the touch.
Like most Tall Truck strains, Kush Mints is full-bodied and its structure is dense to the touch. The bud went cleanly through the grinder, and there was a significant dusting of almost white-yellow kief apparent in my kief catcher, so using a tray for rolling is recommended.
Its earthy and spicy notes are subtle but present, with the mint flavor creating a unique and complex smoking experience.
I got an immediate menthol taste off the first hit, with a spicy but slightly floral undertone. Its earthy and spicy notes are subtle but present, with the mint flavor creating a unique and complex smoking experience.
After inhaling, a feeling of relaxation reverberated outward from my core to my limbs. Kush Mints gave me a light body high with indica leaning effects that lasted 2.5 to 3 hours. I’d describe this strain as more calming than energizing. I didn’t feel overly high, but didn’t get much accomplished and snacked plenty. This strain helped to settle my anxiety and nausea.
