Tips for dosing cannabis infused smoothies
Tips for dosing your smoothie with THC or CBD
There are several different ways to make a weed smoothie, and none of them should give you too much trouble. In each case, you would basically make a smoothie like you would otherwise while substituting in a cannabis-infused ingredient like cannabis milk, cannabis sugar, cannabis honey, or cannabis-infused coconut oil.
Here’s a quick look at what these base ingredients entail.
Cannabis-infused milk
Cannabis-infused milk is a very easy to use base that can be used for making weed ice cream, weed mac and cheese, or just to add a little extra fun to your coffee. Making it is a cinch, you simply decarboxylate some cannabis and then simmer it in a saucepan for around 30-45 minutes, making sure it doesn’t scorch. How to make cannabis infused milk.
Cannabis-infused honey
Cannabis-infused honey is perfect for making all types of edibles like weed honey cake, or just as a really easy way to kick your morning muesli or tea up a few notches. You make it by using a crockpot and infusing decarboxylated cannabis directly into the honey. How to make cannabis infused honey.
Cannabis-infused maple syrup
It doesn’t get more Vermont than a nice, strong infused syrup sourced from your local sugarmaker. Add it to pancakes, sweeten your coffee or drop a little in a smoothie to give your morning an extra dose of sweetness. How to make cannabis infused maple syrup.
Cannabis-infused sugar
Cannabis sugar can be a great way to make stoney sugar cookies or just to make a cup of coffee or tea a whole lot more interesting. Making it requires decarboxylating some cannabis and soaking it in grain alcohol before starting and then baking. How to make cannabis infused sugar.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Homemade edibles are very difficult to accurately dose. All DIY cannabis cooks should be aware that there’s no way to guarantee the potency or homogeneity of their batch. Start low and go slow.
