Strain Review: Runtz Muffins by Tall Truck

Upon opening the pouch, an overwhelmingly sweet and citrusy aroma of clementines or oranges envelops you.

Splashes of beautiful deep green and dark purple flower accompanied by dark orange stigmas make for a beautiful convergence of color. The dark purple hue really makes this strain stand out. The dense, compacted buds suggest an indica-leaning strain.

A beautiful cure enhances kief production, and offers an even grind, resulting in flower that is perfect for rolling. It’s not as sticky as many strains I’ve reviewed, but again, this offers a product that is really manageable if you want to roll it, while offering an even burn as you smoke it. Despite its density, the material ground out to be very fluffy and easy to work with.

I felt very calm, and enjoyed the mellow head high before taking another hit.

The effects weren’t immediate, but took about 10 minutes after the first bong rip to creep up. I felt very calm, and enjoyed the mellow head high before taking another hit. The yellowish-white smoke offers a hit that is very smooth and easy on the lungs with very little coughing.

The high lasted two hours and I felt very relaxed, stress-free, and overall happy and positive.

Runtz Muffins is definitely top-tier flower with an amazing smell, great taste, and a long-lasting high. Plus, it’s absolutely lovely to look at and stick your nose in.
