Vermont Cannabis Control Board Final Proposed Rule 2 – The Regulation of Cannabis Establishments

The CCB has begun the rulemaking process for all 5 of its proposed rules. These rules are not final, and are subject to change as the rulemaking process proceeds.

Rules 1 and 2 have completed the public notice and comment period and will soon be reviewed by the Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules.

Proposed Rule 2 covers regulations applicable to cannabis establishments, including outdoor, indoor and mixed cultivators, manufacturers, retailers, testing laboratories and integrated licensees in the PDF document found below.

Members of the public are encourage to provide feedback during this important period.
