Vermont Cannabis Control Board Final Proposed Rule 1 – The Licensing of Vermont Cannabis Establishments

The CCB has begun the rulemaking process for all 5 of its proposed rules. These rules are not final, and are subject to change as the rulemaking process proceeds.

Rules 1 and 2 have completed the public notice and comment period and will soon be reviewed by the Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules.

Proposed Rule 1 covers general provisions, application format and fees, cannabis licensing tiers and requirements, provisional licensing, renewals, ID cards and more in the PDF document found below.
