Harvest Farm Jam Campaign
Our Harvest Farm Jam, coming up on September 28th at Bordertown Farm in Brattleboro, is taking shape, and we’re excited to share some details about the day!
Sponsors Vermont Hempicurean, Sarabia Holistic and Coyote River Hemp Co. (exclusively distributed by Good & Co.) will be available to chat all day, alongside vendors selling sustainable clothing, CBD products, growing equipment and more.
We still have some room for a few more vendors – including food – and intrepid entrepreneurs can sign up here.
The event runs from 12-6PM, and we have a jam-packed day of workshops and music. The workshops kick off with our sponsor Yamil Sarabia from Sarabia Holistic who will discuss where cannabis and CBD fit in to maintaining the health of your mind, body, spirit.
Gyan Devi of Body Botanicals will demonstrate how to create cannabis-based topicals. Pete McMahon of LiquidSun will be discussing how to harvest your grow. Rebecca Mahan of Karma Jane CBD will also be in attendance to talk all things edible! Don’t forget to bring along items for the genetics exchange at 4:20.
Complementing the workshops, we’ll have two bands jamming out for your enjoyment. Our first set of music will feature Meadow and Mowgli of The Melting Nomads. Meadow Eliz is an intuitive singer and songwriter, as well as a dancer-artist-creator-jeweler from the Adirondacks of New York.
Mowgli Giannitti is an active and diverse artist, trained in jazz and classical practice and theory, currently working with musicians whose careers span the globe and industry, and engaged in an extreme range of styles and sounds including Opera, Jazz, Jam Rock, Contemporary Classical, Folk, Funk, Bluegrass, Old-Time, Celtic, Latin, and Free Jazz.
The second set of music will be the Rob Compa Trio, featuring the incredibly talented Rob Compa from the popular jam band Dopapod along with some members of Kung Fu who play a funky 70’s funk-fusion that meets a modern dance party.
