Vermont Cannabis And Hemp Convention Volunteer Call

The VT Cannabis and Hemp Convention on May 12-13 at the DoubleTree by Hilton is shaping up to be a colossal event. Vendor slots are close to sold out, and we’ve heard from folks as far away as Florida who are planning on coming up to check out the scene.

Naturally, we need a passel of volunteers to help things run smoothly. We’ve got about 2/3 of a passel already, but there are still some slots which need a helpful human or two. Might you be one of those folks?

Here are the volunteer jobs and time slots which need filling:

• Poster in Burlington North End, South End, and Montpelier (starts now)
• Help exhibitors move in Friday 5/11 from 2-5 pm
• Direct parking Saturday from 10-2
• Direct parking Saturday from 2-6
• Direct parking Sunday from 10-2
• Direct parking Sunday from 2-5
• Staff the afterparty Saturday 5/12 from 6-8 pm
• Help exhibitors move out Sunday 5/13 from 5-7 pm

In return, we can give you a free pass to the convention, and, of course, our undying thanks. Plus, the bragging rights to lord it over all your friends…

Also, note that we’ll be doing a short volunteer orientation on Sunday, May 6 at 10am at the DoubleTree by Hilton. It’s not required for your participation, but it will make both your job and ours considerably easier.
